We’ve been with Omnisend for over five years now, and honestly, it’s become such a core part of how we grow. Every time I reach out to support, I feel genuinely taken care of. Karen, Mathias, and the whole team make my job feel lighter - they’re quick, thoughtful, and always full of ideas that help our growth bloom even more.

Tried every email tool out there... Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Attentive, Privy... YOU NAME IT! Nothing comes close to Omnisend. Hands down the best in my opinion.

I'm saving about 30% off the cost of what my Klaviyo bill would be too!

We have been using Omnisend for 3 Years now, after moving from Mailchimp. It is a fundamental pillar in our marketing tech stack, and we enjoy working with Omnisend. The customer success managers are always willing to help, but most importantly, they optimise for better growth.

If I could give them no stars I would.

Was charged for 3 months on November 5th, 2025, come December 3rd--I cannot send any emails due to an undisclosed error (saving failed, try again). Contacted Omnisend and was gaslit that it was somehow my fault even with trying on two different laptops, three different browsers, and two mobile phones that were not connected to the same wifi network.

Support refuses to refund me even though their policy states they will "consider a refund" under specific circumstances: "A customer cannot use the features over the period they have paid for due to a system malfunction and unexpected issues caused by it.".

I paid for three months and used less than one. I'm still being charged for the other two months even with uninstalling and closing my account with this company due to this negligent behavior on their part.

Don't be me, find a better company to use to manage your email list!

We never intend to place blame, and we genuinely appreciate the time you spent testing across different devices and browsers. Based on our investigation, we were not able to reproduce the issue on our side, nor did we receive similar reports from other customers, which leads us to believe this may have been an isolated case. That said, we recognize how disruptive this was for you, and we’re sorry it impacted your experience.

Regarding the concerns you raised about billing, our senior support specialist has reached out to you directly to continue the conversation and make sure everything is reviewed thoroughly. While we cannot discuss account-specific outcomes publicly, please rest assured that every case is evaluated carefully and in accordance with our policies.

If you would still like us to continue investigating the root cause of the issue or provide further clarity on what may have happened, our team remains fully available and ready to assist.

Had an issue with subscribers in an atypical situation. I explained to Mathias why it was happening. They were amazing in letting me know why it happened and gave me suggestions to prevent the issue from arising again. Great service!

I had some issues with my sender profiles and DNS and the Omnisend team were brilliant. They guided me through the fix quickly and in simple terms and were able to reassure me that everything was working as expected once the fix was in place. Really enjoying the tool as a whole and building automations couldn't be easier.

Omnisend has been a good choice for my new brand. I used Klaviyo for a previous brand and I wasn't a fan of the interface or prices. Klaviyo ghosted me once I signed up for their service so that was the last straw for me.
Omnisend support has been responsive and helpful. It's pretty easy to set up emails and forms like spin the wheel email capture forms.

Omnisend offers everything I need in an email platform for my size of business. The overwhelming difference to other platforms is the personlised customer care. I am extremely fortunate to have Matias as my account manager who is basically like having an additional member of the team. He is always recommending improvements and is extremely hands on in showing me how to use the platform effectively. Well done Omnisend. I would highly recommend.
