The best platform EVER! I have been using Omnisend for a number fo years now and I have always been so impressed with the platform. When I have experienced a little issue (which has been probably once in this time I have been using the platform) they have been incredibly helpful in getting it resolved for me. Thank you Omnisend, I can't tell you how much time you save me in building emails (because its so easy) and how much you have helped grow my business. Thank you!

Just a heads up — DO NOT USE THIS APP
They promote one price to download the app and another price to send texts/emails, which sounds fine… BUT they later charge $500/month to keep the app active and up to $1,200 to send texts/emails. That was not disclosed in the original pricing, so please be careful before committing! Their response is a lie FYI

Our pricing is based on the selected plan tier and usage, including contact count and optional add-ons such as SMS. From what we can see, you were using a plan subscription alongside additional SMS credits purchased separately. While this setup is available, it is not always the most cost-effective option, and we understand how this could lead to higher-than-expected charges if not optimized.
After reviewing your account, we found that your charges have remained consistent throughout your billing cycle, with no unexpected increases. That said, we genuinely want to help clarify any confusion and make sure your plan works for your business. Our support team has reached out to you directly to review your billing in detail and explore options to optimize your pricing setup based on your actual usage.
Their fast and knowledgeable customer service has made integrating their marketing a lot easier than other options. It's also great to have a free option to start with while growing a business that can later sustain the paid tiers it will need.

Pricing is a Scam. They show one price here and on their website it is totally different. They tell me they bill based on the Amount of contacts not the Subscribers. I smell a RAT, stay away!!!!!!

The Shopify App Store shows our base starting price of $16 for the Standard plan, which applies to accounts with up to 500 contacts. Pricing scales based on the total number of contacts in your account, which is why you saw a different amount when viewing plans for your specific account audience size.
Our billing is based on billable contacts, which includes both subscribers and non-subscribers. Non-subscribers are contacts who can still receive valuable automated emails like abandoned cart reminders, order confirmations, and post-purchase follow-ups through our platform. We understand this model can feel unexpected, especially if you were anticipating billing based solely on subscribers, and we appreciate you sharing that feedback with us.

instead, after installing the up. this plan dosen't exist, and they wanted to charge me 600$ / month!!! that is crazy

To clarify, the $16 plan shown on the Shopify App Store is a starting price and applies to stores with up to 500 contacts, including 6,000 email sends to that audience. Omnisend pricing is based on the number of contacts rather than only the number of emails sent. Even if email volume is low, supporting a large audience still involves deliverability, compliance, and infrastructure costs, which is why we do not currently offer a purely pay-per-email model, though this feedback has been shared internally.

Great app, I really like it! Thiago was there to answer my question quickly and I really appreciate it. I also like their webinars, they are very useful and fun.
The only thing that I would like to be added is sending SMS campaigns based on my subscriber's time zone instead of mine, and I hope this will be added in the near future.

Just signed up a couple of months ago. The pricing is exactly what we expected it to be and there were no surprises (despite what some other reviews state). We came from another large provider and were treated like just one of 1000's of their customers. When problems started, we had nowhere to turn. We looked at 2-3 other, very large providers, but could not warrant spending nearly $1000 a month, so we turned to Omnisend.
Omnisend has some great features and some that do cost extra if you decide to add them. But, they have a GREAT feature where you do not pay per email, but rather per email that you CONTACT. That alone has really driven down our costs.
Overall, we have been happy, continue to learn and tweak the system and hope to keep using it for years to come.

I just switched over from a different platform. Love it so far! Monthly costs are a fraction of what I used to pay. Platform itself is nearly an identical user experience, making for a seamless transition. I was set-up with two account reps that have helped me transition my account and contacts list. They are awesome and have greatly helped with the account set-up. I have a regular meeting scheduled with a rep moving forward to help me with my account and best practices.

Honestly in have only started using omnisend for the past month or two now and being new to email marketing I had no clue what to do, but this has made it straight forward to grasp.
If your also struggling thankfully there are videos on YouTube with the omnisend channel that usually have step by step videos on different work flow email automation and other tips and tricks and also covering new updates or features the app may have updated/added. Also to be able to see the analytics in a sense of how many people opened your email weather this was a campaign and orders resulted from that email and to have it easily connected to shopify is amazing and one of the best parts about it. It makes being a small business owner so much easier especially if you are just starting out.
As I said I've not used it very long at all but for now i am defiantly going to continue to keep using them and i might update this review later on in the future if i feel like I have something else i need to add.
